DEPOSITS

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £50 which is deducted from the treatment cost on the day of treatment. All skincare treatments require a deposit of £20. No appointment is confirmed unless deposit is paid.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled however you may have to wait for the next available time slot. If you reschedule an appointment you need to allow 48 hours notification or your deposit will be void and you’ll need to secure your rescheduled appointment with another £50 deposit. 

     

  • We do understand that some things are unavoidable however we do have email and phone should you not be able to attend your appointment.

     

  • In the event of unforeseeable circumstances Jordan Louise Training Academy reserves the right to alter treatment or course dates & venues at any time without prior notice.

  • When booking for a removal treatment, or a course of treatments, the deposit will be £50 (non refundable) for each session, for example when booking x 3 treatments, the deposit will be £150. This is to secure each session booked ahead.

  • The training academy has the right to reschedule training courses or treatment dates where required, this may be due to staff illness, travel or equipment issues, or not enough students booked onto the training course. We will do our best to notify you of any changes to your training or treatment date as soon as possible. 

  • All Gift vouchers are non refundable.

4 - 8 WEEK TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS

  • Touch up appointments for brows do not require a deposit (as they're included in the treatment price) however if you cannot make this appointment and need to reschedule, you should allow a 48 hour notification period, so please make sure you can attend this appointment before you book.

  • If you cannot attend your touch up appointment and it’s past the 48 hours when you notify us, you will be charged £50 for the appointment that has been missed before you can rebook to complete your brows. 

​

  • It is up to you, the client, to ensure you get booked in within the 4-8 week touch up period. If you cannot attend your touch up and it’s past the 8 week mark, you will be charged depending on the amount of work needed.

PAYMENTS & CANCELATION

  • All training courses require a £250 non refundable deposit. Deposits must be paid when booking and securing your training date, if the deposit has not been paid, the training date will not be secured or confirmed. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable. We do understand that some things are unavoidable and if you are unable to attend, we will do our best to offer an alternative date, however this will not be guaranteed. If you do request to change the training date, a two-week notice period will be needed. If you request to change the date outside of this notice period, you will need to pay a further £250 deposit to secure training date again. 

  • The remaining balance of the course will need to be paid in full at least 7 days before attending your course, unless you have agreed an alternative payment plan. Receipts for all payments will be provided via email upon request. If the full payment has not been made 7 days before the course date, your training will be cancelled. 

  • If for any reason the academy needs to cancel, this will be our only exception to refunding deposits or training fees. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for deposits or training fees in cases of health or personal issues or any other reason which may mean you have to cancel or leave the course. 

COURSE INFORMATION

  • There will be a requirement for each student to practise the skills learnt to be able to achieve good results.

  • When booking your training course, your time, date and any other relevant information will be sent out to you via email. When booking onto you training course, please ensure you have read through all T&C's in your email confirmation.

  • Tutors are not accountable for your lost time by staying longer or working through lunch breaks if you turn up to your training late. All courses have a total of 45 minutes’ worth of breaks unless stated otherwise. Please don’t be late as it will interrupt the class schedule.

  • You must agree to put in the time and effort required to perfect your skill. Any extra training days that are required outside of the planned training schedule may be charged. 

  • You will be supplied with the fundamental knowledge during your training, which will enable you to carry out safe and effective procedures.

DOCUMENTATION

Trainees must obtain the following in order to practise on live models :

  1. Blood Bourne pathogen training certificate.​

  2. Inquire about your local licensing requirements about performing the individual treatments.

  3. Secure student insurance. This must be in place before carrying out case studies.

 

If unsure about any of the above please get in touch.

CASE STUDIES & ASSESMENTS

  • Students that fail to complete case studies outside of training will not pass and will be charged to re-sit their assessment. You must practise in your own time.

  • The academy will supply models for training days in clinic, however it is up to the student to supply their own models and suitable working space to complete case studies where required.
